A Commodity Bubble? - May 15, 2008 - The New York Sun. The people serving on the CFTC are for staggered five year terms and are appointed by the president of the USA. I would guess it would take until 2004 for there to a majority of "Bush-loyal" staff. What is amazing is that Michael Masters is being ignored while a WORLWIDE RECESSION COULD VERY WELL HAPPEN.
